Childhood Fear

When I was younger I used to watch all kinds of horror movies with my dad. The one movie that most stuck in my head was Chuckie. I resented Chuckie. He was my worst nightmare. I remember being in kindergarten and thinking Chuckie would follow me into the bathroom to kill me when I needed to go. Chuckie was in my dreams at night and my thoughts during the day. I was constantley on the look out for him, for he was everywhere to me. Chuckie to me, links to the novel, The Lord of Flies, when the boys were afraid of the snake. They didn't know if the snake was even real, but they still were having nightmares and thinking about it constantley.

  2. Chuckie! Indeed, a terrifying idea for a child. The very concept of a doll coming to life and killing your family is terrible (obviously not a kid-friendly show). Thanks for sharing this.
